How to order
Add 7.50 for postage & handling. Orders are shipped Priority Mail/Delivery
confirmation. On request, federal express next day delivery add 28.00.
Texas customers add 7 1/4% state sales tax. For COD order add 12.00. We
accept checks, money orders, bank drafts, or credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard,
Novis, American Express). Refund issued for out of stock items. List the
complete catalog number and description of each item. Indicate a Male or Female
where the option is offered.
Orders of 500.00 or more - take 20% discount.
Export International Orders Minimum order is 100.00 US
Airmail/registration, 20.00 US
U.S. Fish and Wildlife inspection fee 55.00 US. For orders of 1000.00 or
more, we will pay the inspection fee. Payment by International Money Order, Bank
Wire Transfer, Travelers Cheques, or credit cards listed below.
Special Information
All items are PRESERVED or DRIED, we do not sell live material. Each
item is placed in a paper triangle, glassine envelope or CSS packaging.
Each item will have a catalog number and COLLECTING DATA (where and when
collected). Do not remove specimens from their individual packaging until
properly relaxed as described in "Basic Pinning & Mounting Methods" as shown in
this catalog. Prices are subject to change.
All specimens are unconditionally guaranteed, provided that unpacking
procedures are followed. Please consider all items as "field caught" even
though many hundreds of the stock items are reared. You will find our specimens
to be of excellent quality. DO NOT return specimens without
authorization. Notification must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
Specimens that have been pinned or spread cannot be returned for credit.
